The Origin at Seahaven Condominium developers have scheduled an absolute auction for 29 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom condominiums at 11:00 AM CST on December 13, 2008. The auction should certainly be a success with over sixty condos to choose from. The auction format will include no minimums and no reserves. The auction requirements include: 10% down and closings will be no later than 30 days from the auction date. The other auction requirements will be a 10% buyer’s premium paid to the auction company on the time of closing (if you bid 250k, you will owe 275k at closing). The auction is scheduled to take place on site at the Origin at Seahaven, located at 15238 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Pre-sale inspections dates have not been released, more information on this later. This condominium is the first in a series of properties that will make up the future development known as the Towne of Seahaven in Panama City Beach Florida.
